The main space of the house is its port or home beach. This space enables the house to be almost a part of the water. Inhabitants could enjoy the proximity of water surface and use it for relax and sport. This port or beach area is directly connected with the main living space together with dining room and kitchen. Around this place there are positioned sleep cabins and service rooms. The hull is made of fiberglass.
